Lacrosse Players,

 
Coach Heritage and I will be at Ponderosa at 3:15, this Wednesday, January 11th.  Coach Heritage will go through the conditioning program, which all players not currently in a sport, should start next Monday.  The program is a 6 week program that was developed for the Metro State's Lacrosse Program.  Please plan on attending the overview this Wednesday. We will meet in the weight room at 3:15.  The attached files are related to this conditioning.
 
Also, we will have two teams for the indoor winter league.  We are scheduled to play ourselves this week.  I have moved that game from Saturday night during the Bronco game, to Friday from 3:30- 4:30 at the Sports Dome.  The field will actually be open at 3, so get there as early as you can.  We will split the players into two teams after this session.   I've attached a link for the schedule for the remainder of the season.  By next Tuesday, we will have assigned all players to either Ponderosa Maroon or Ponderosa Gold.  If you cannot make one of the games, we can use players from our other team to trade games or fill spots.  The cost for the indoor league will be $60.  If you've not turned in your form already, you can do it up until Thursday this week.  Otherwise, bring it this Friday with a check for payment.  If you already turned in a form, just bring your check this Friday.
